Detroit Diesel Generator: This job required some fancy rigging. After removing the old generator from the penthouse, the new generator with a radiator to tall to fit through the door was installed by the American Rigging team.

| Job Type: Heavy Machinery Rigging and Loading |
Van Dorn 1000: This job required bringing in some heavy lifting muscle. To move and lift this 125,000 lb. injection mold machine, a 75 ton twin lift was used along with the rigging talent of American Rigging Services crew. To transport the machine a 75 ton lowboy trailer was used, which meant getting oversize load permits, vehicle escort and a police escort.

| Job Type: New Installation |
Amada 80-25SL: Tight maneuvering, floor protection, and crating where key to this project. Use of what we call crazy dollies that hold up to 12,000 lbs. each, easily held this 16,000 lb machine and protected the floor with their soft wheels. At the same time these dollies allowed us to push the machine around corners and right into position. Brand new, this machine came custom crated. Since crating is expensive, care what taken to break the crate down without damaging it, so our customer could use it at a later date.
