American Rigging Services, Inc. provides many services related to getting your equipment from point A to point B. We install, dismantle, load, deliver, unload, erect, set, level and anchor machinery and heavy equipment used throughout the industry. When machinery arrives at your jobsite our team will unload, inspect, and move it into position. To lift and move light machinery, roll lifts, forklifts and dollies position your machinery easily; heavier equipment may require gantries or cranes to position the machinery as space allows. If your floor is properly sealed, air dollies float machinery across the floor without a scratch. Poly dollies are also available to reduce damaging your floor surface. With the use of specialized rigging equipment, we are able to move or lift heavy loads equivalent to several 100 tons and place them without damage to flooring. Our project team will consult your managers to determine which is the best method.

Whether one machine or an entire plant., we provide equipment with low friction movements and high versatility and take pride in providing service solutions in an economical, safe, and efficient manner to limit downtime for our customers.

Precision leveling and alignment are important in the assembly process; with mechanic and master precision levels, your machinery will be set up professionally.When a high level of precision is required, lasers and ultrasonic measuring and alignment tools may be used.
